50ml of Arnica infused oil
30ml of Calendula infused oil
15g of Beeswax or Candelilla wax
12 drops of Cajeput essential oil
12 drops of Camphor essential oil
12 drops of Cinnamon essential oil
12 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
9 drops of Peppermint essential oil
3g of Menthol crystals
Time to make: 20 minutes
You will need: heatproof glass jug, spatula/spoon for mixing,120ml glass jar (2x 60ml)
1. Mix the arnica and calendula oil with wax and melt it in double boiler over medium head
2. Let the mixture to cool down a little and add the essential oils and menthol crystals.
3. Mix well and pour into a container.
4. Let the balm set in the fridge of a couple of hours.
