Tiger Balm is a popular topical ointment known for its soothing properties, often used to relieve muscle aches, joint pain, and headaches. To use Tiger Balm effectively, apply a small amount to the affected area and massage it gently into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. The balm creates a warming or cooling sensation that helps to alleviate discomfort and promote relaxation. However, avoid applying it to broken skin, and always conduct a patch test if you're using it for the first time to ensure you don’t have an allergic reaction. Tiger Balm can be a valuable addition to your self-care routine, providing temporary relief from everyday aches and pains.
IMPORTANT: Do not rub Tiger Balm on open wounds, irritated, sunburned or chapped skin. Avoid getting this mixture in your eyes or mouth, so be sure to wash your hands after applying. Not suitable for children!
