All online orders placed by 13:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays.

Currently Acala uses different Royal Mail services to ship orders: Standard or Expedited for UK mainland and Standard or Tracked for overseas. You can also elect to receive your order in our reusable packaging service eliminating waste from your delivery.
