Going waste free with your personal care routine can be a challenge. At Acala we want to make it as easy as possible for you. That’s why we’re introducing a personalised, subscription service that means you have all the products you need and love, when you need them.

No more running out and having to buy that plastic packaged product you really don’t want to buy. We’ve got you covered with monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly subscription deliveries. Just choose the frequency that’s right for you. 

All you need to do is:

  • Choose 'subscription' rather than one off purchase on the product page.
  • Choose the frequency that you need the product from the drop down menu. 

    Specifics:

    • Subscription boxes will be delivered in our reusable packaging, eliminating waste from the delivery process. This is the first step towards us creating a closed loop service where you will be able to send back your empties for reuse.
    • Subscription boxes are shipped on the 20th of the month.
    • Delivery within the UK takes 2-3 working days and to Europe 3-5 working days.
    • Subscriptions can be updated, paused or cancelled at any time.

    This is the first step towards us creating a closed loop service where you will be able to send back the packaging in your subscription to us via our reusable packaging service. We’ll then sanitise it and reuse it. Eliminating your reliance on single-use packaging by offering a convenient and circular solution.

    We’ve just got a little but more work to do our end before we can make returns and refills available (it’s really a matter of logistics and funding at the moment).

    We’re working hard on a collection of own brand products so that we can bring this service to you. Over the next few months we’ll be launching a dental care collection and then moving on to essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Exciting times and we can’t wait to share these with you!
